We were so fortunate with the sunrise, it was perfect. Once we got to the top, they provided a small break of banana sandwiches and boiled eggs. We also rented a blanket as it was freezing! Tri took us round the crater to see Bali from all angles. We also went down into the crater a bit to feel the geothermal steam which was an awesome experience - was also nice to be warmed up a bit! We headed down the volcano once Tri had taken all the pictures of us, Wayan was there to take us back to ungasan. There was no extra fee for the taxi service, despite our home being very far away. I highly recommend using Wayan and Tri for your hiking experience.

  We had an amazing experience trekking up Mount Batur with our guides Tri and Jro. Very knowledgeable guides, showed us a great time. Definitely worth the early morning wake up!!
