The other tour company gave him the wrong hotel info (even when I gave them the correct hotel information several times in emails!). He was patient and waited for us (Oberhue an hour!) at the wrong location. When we finally got the other tour company to contact him he arrived exactly when he said he would! (And if you know how traffic is in Denpasar you know how difficult that is!) His shopping advice for a place to purchase gifts to take with us back home as well as his restaurant locations he took us while on our tour were fantastic! And reading all the testimonials here about him I can not agree more! He was so much better that the hotel drivers in punctuality, price, English and knowledge! The highest of recommendations and I would feel confident this is also the best tour group (I wish we had booked everything with them!!) Thank you Wayan!!! More
