  What a very special experience! We scored with our tour guide Ketut. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable while he trekked us up the mountain. The hike was beautiful but... read more intense - not for beginners, despite being marketed as one 🙂 Ketut supplied us with head lamps, waters, snacks and a breakfast which we ate once we made it to the top. We hiked for a few hours in total darkness and then sat to watch the sun rise. We also go to experience amazing, warm hot springs. We really loved Ketut - he was encouraging when the hike was hard and was overall very sweet - a great guide. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Bali. Just be ready to wake up early and hike! My driver Wayan is a good friendly dude, eager to chat and accommodate you where you need. My guide Tri was an absolute legend. 50 years young she's been trekking the volcano since she was a kid and knows everything there is to know about it and she a lovely woman, they made the experience perfect even as a solo traveller. Would highly recommend!!

  The Hike was amazing our guide Tri was very helpful as i have asthma, we took regular breaks highly recommend them as a none-hiker.
